Announcement Process:

Announcements must be submitted using the below form or paper copy obtained from the Media Director or Church Administrator. Please note: Electronic Submission is the preferred and fastest method.

Please complete this form to request a video announcement for St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. If you would like St. Luke to announce or promote your upcoming event, meeting, rehearsal or program, it must FIRST be approved and on the SLMBC Church calendar. The announcements are to promote programs, fundraisers, meetings and events that are not regularly scheduled. Personal announcements may not be made unless approved by the Church Administration and/or Board. All announcements must be 45 words or less. Please use correct days, dates and times. If a special image or video is associated with the announcement, please email to media@stlukeclt.org upon submission of the announcement request form.

Flyer/Promo

The Media team will automatically design the flyer for all upcoming events. The design will be up to the team’s discretion unless specific instructions have been emailed to media@stlukeclt.org. A flyer will be posted on social media, emailed and printed for Sunday Services. If additional promo materials such as a video commercial is requested, please email media@stlukeclt.org directly.

Please Note | All announcements are due by 12 Noon on Wednesday in order to be included the following Sunday. Any announcements submitted after 12 Noon on Wednesday will either be included the following Sunday (if the event has not occurred) or announced through Social Media.
